Applying at sewts
To be a part of sewts means to create tech-future and at the same time – your own.
Are you ready?
When you apply to join our team, we want you to keep in mind a few principles that hopefully make this process as successful as possible for both you and us:
Be authentic and honest:
Forget everything the internet tells you about what to write in a cover letter or what to wear in an interview. We want to get to know your true self.
Ask questions and reflect:
We don’t want to hire as many people as possible, we want to hire the right people. And we’re sure you want to join the right team as well. Therefore, we trust that you’ll use the process to find out everything you need to know from us to figure out if sewts is truly where you want to work. We want to be your perfect match as well.
Remember to have fun:
Humor is one of our core values. We believe it makes every stressful situation a bit better. So even though an application situation is probably always going to be a bit nerve-wracking, remember we just want to have an interesting, fun conversation with you.
Here’s how your application process will most likely look:
- Send us your CV, Cover letter and additional documents (references, certificates, etc.).
We’ll reply as fast as possible, generally this will be within 7 days.
- First interview via MS Teams with Teresa. This one will be mostly about your previous experiences and motivations.
- For some positions: Coding Test or Tech Challenge.
This is your chance to show us what you’ve got.
- Second Interview (either via MS Teams or at our office) with the founders as well as someone from your future team. This one will have more personal questions as well as tech/business questions.
- Proudly receive an offer to join sewts!
